At MORTZZ, client satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please reach out to us promptly. We’re committed to resolving any concerns to the best of our ability.
However, in cases where resolution isn’t possible and you choose to cancel the service, our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund
If you cancel the service before we begin work on your project, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Partial Refund
If work has already begun but the project is not yet complete, a partial refund will be issued. The amount will be based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
No Refund
If the project has been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
